TutorPing is a platform for independent tutors that provides lead generation, a professional landing page, and a booking system. By using TutorPing, you agree to these terms.
You create an account using Google sign-in. Each account represents one tutoring business. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
TutorPing monitors publicly available posts on platforms including Reddit, Discord, Craigslist, Student Doctor Network, and other public forums. We do not access private content, bypass login walls, or scrape content that is not freely accessible. TutorPing generates draft responses based on your tutor profile — you are responsible for reviewing, editing, and posting responses yourself.
TutorPing offers the following plans:
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. When you cancel a paid plan, your landing page will be unpublished and paid features will be disabled, but your account and lead history remain accessible on the Free plan.
We may introduce additional plans or adjust pricing in the future. Changes to pricing will be communicated at least 30 days in advance. Your current plan pricing is locked for as long as you remain subscribed.
Subscription payments are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access to paid features until the end of your billing period.
Starter plan subscribers receive a public landing page at yourname.tutorping.ai. You are responsible for all content displayed on your page, including your name, headline, description, testimonials, and availability. You agree not to publish misleading, false, or offensive content on your tutor page. TutorPing reserves the right to unpublish pages that violate these terms.
Your landing page URL (slug) is unique and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. TutorPing reserves the right to reclaim slugs that are inactive for more than 12 months or that impersonate other individuals or brands.
TutorPing provides a booking system that allows students to schedule sessions with you. You are responsible for honoring confirmed bookings. Students and tutors both receive email confirmations and reminders.
If you enable auto-confirm, bookings are confirmed immediately. If auto-confirm is off, you must manually confirm or decline booking requests within a reasonable timeframe. Unconfirmed bookings may expire.
TutorPing is not a party to the tutoring relationship between you and your students. We do not guarantee student attendance, payment, or satisfaction.
If you connect your Google Calendar, TutorPing will read your calendar events to prevent double-bookings and create/delete calendar events for confirmed sessions. You can disconnect your calendar at any time from your dashboard, which removes our access and deletes stored tokens.

You agree not to: create multiple accounts to circumvent limits, use automated tools to interact with TutorPing beyond normal usage, attempt to access other users' data, reverse-engineer the platform, or use the service for any illegal purpose.
TutorPing uses artificial intelligence to generate draft responses. While we strive for quality, generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate suggestions. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any content before posting it. TutorPing is not liable for consequences arising from content you post on third-party platforms.
TutorPing does not guarantee that you will acquire students, receive a specific number of leads, bookings, or page views, or achieve any particular business outcome. Lead quality depends on your subject, location, market conditions, and the volume of relevant posts in monitored communities.
Your use of TutorPing is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Your tutor profile is used to personalize lead scoring and responses. We do not sell user data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
TutorPing is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Reddit, Discord, Facebook, Craigslist, Student Doctor Network, Google, Stripe, or any other platform we integrate with. You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of any platform where you use TutorPing-generated content.
TutorPing is provided "as is." We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to: loss of business, account suspensions on third-party platforms, missed bookings, or inaccuracies in generated content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive usage patterns. Upon account deletion, your data (including your landing page, booking history, and lead history) will be removed within 30 days.
The TutorPing platform — including its design, code, algorithms, and branding — is owned by TutorPing. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute it without written permission. Generated response drafts are yours to use freely once posted. Content you create for your landing page (testimonials, descriptions) remains yours.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email to active users. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
